Mittelschwere Runde hauptsächlich über Trails. Achtung: die Schleife in der Nähe der Bahngleise zwischen km 13 und km 15.5 ist anspruchsvoll(!) - kann aber einfach weggelassen werden. Auf der gesamten Tour gibt es diverse heftige Steigungen, die Kondition erfordern.
