Lucknerhaus, ri Goreralm aufsteigen, dann ri Osten zum Weißen Knoten halten, Ski Depot einige Minuten unter dem Gipfelkreuz dann leichter Aufstieg zum Gipfel, Abfahert wie Austieg ,Variante über Goreralm möglich .
Nach einer Cappucino Pause noch kurzer Aufstieg zur Lucknerhütte
