Gestartet wird in Marl-Sickingmühle. Am Kanal geht es Richtung Flasheim. Über Westrup und Antrup gelangen wir nach Hullern. Von dort geht die Tour teilweise durch Wald. In Kökelsum kehren wir in einem Bauernladen ein. Dort gibt es leckeren hausgemachten Kuchen. Weiter geht es nach Seppenrade. Dort ist bei "Mutter Siepe" Station. Die nächste Station ist der Segelflugplatz Borkenberge. Dort geht es weiter Richtung Haltern am See. Die Innenstadt bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Rast. Danach geht es vorbei am Annaberg zurück nach Sickingmühle.
