Wir fahren mit der Vinschgerbahn von Meran nach Spondinig.
Dort beginnt eine Einwärmrunde entlang des Bahndammes Radweg bis Schluderns. Nach Überqueren der Hauptstraße geht es gleich steil aufwärts Richtung Südost nach Tanas, weiter nach Allitz wo wir im Gasthaus Sonneck essen. Die haben eine empfehlenswerte Küche. Dann fahren wir weiter direkt nach Schlanders (nicht nach Laas) hinunter und weiter auf dem Radweg nach Meran.
