Ausgangspunkt der Tour ist der Ludwig-Schmederer-Platz in Parsch.
Bei Aufstieg über die Route 14/15, vorbei am Hotel Kobenzl und der Zistelalm
erreicht man den Gipfel nach ~1h30 min. Abstieg über die Route 13 führt wieder
zum Ausganspunkt zurück. Der Abstieg nimmt in etwa 1h in Anspruch.
