Auffahrt erst Teerstraße mittel steil (Mautstraße). Dann, ab Wirtsalm einsamer Weg und dann Höhenweg (Forsttraße) bis zur Tregleralm. Wenig Ausblicke.
Abfahrt: Ab Treglerlam wirds steil und sportlich. Immer wieder links und rechts kleine Singletrails mit höherem Technikfaktor. Auf etwa 700hm rechts abbiegen. Durch verfallenen Steinweg kommt man zur Hoferalm (Sonnenterrasse und faire Preise). Von dort Teerserpentinen zum Ausgangspunkt.

Richtung Bad Feilnbach.
In einer Linkskurve rechts nach hinein Jenbach und westlich des Baches wieder links bis zu großem Parkplatz am Beginn der Mautstraße.
