Von Bessenbach auf den Spessartweg1 über Waldaschaff, Rothenbuch,Lohr am Main nach Gemünden.
Bei schönem Wetter auf Trails, Wiesen und Waldwegen gefahren wobei der größte Teil der Route auf Trails gefahren wir die teilweise sehr stark Steigen aber auch geniale Abfahrten bieten
daher bedarf es einer guten Kondition und Fahrttechnik, alles in allem eine sehr schöne Tour.
Für eine Pause empfiehlt sich ein Rast im Biergarten der Buchenmühle beim Wallfahrtsort Maria Buchen.
