Von Riva aus geht es über die Ponalestrasse weiter hoch zum Ledrosee. Hier bringen einige kurze heftige Rampen die Beine auf Betriebstemperatur. Nach dem Ledrosee geht es über eine wenig befahrene Strasse Richtung Malga Trat. Die letzten Kilometer geht es auf Schotter zum Rifugio Pernici für eine kurze Rast. Abwärts geht es auf steilem Schotter und typischen Lago-Trails (S1). Noch einmal kurz rauf zum Tenno See ehe es beschaulich über Plantagenwege zurück zum Start geht.
