Die knapp 10km lange Laufstrecke im Stadtteil Falconera in Caorle beginnt z.B. bei der Kirche Madonna dell’ Angelo. Die ersten 3km bis zum Kanal kann man auf dem Geh- und Radweg, oder auf Sand am Strand von Caorle zurücklegen. Am östlichsten Punkt, bei der Lagune, befindet sich einer der besten Beobachtungspunkte für den Sonnenaufgang. Anschließend laufen wir an der Lagune entlang 2,5km in Richtung Nordosten. Die Lagune von Caorle ist ein wahres Naturparadies. Einzigartig sind die sogenannten Casoni. Das sind alte, schilfgedeckte Fischerhütten, die oft nur per Boot erreichbar sind.
