Die Tour benutzt bevorzugt Schotterstrassen. Leider mussten wir auf der Nr. 1 wieder ein Stück zurück weil wegen eines Vulkanausbruches die Strecke im Süden bei Vik gesperrt war.

Mit Smyrril-Line in 2 1/2 Tagen von Hirtshals/Daenemark. Den Pkw mit Anhänger konnten wir für 30 Euro auf einem Campingplatz bei Hirtshals im abgesperrten Bereich abstellen. Auf der Fähre sind dien Getränke , vorallem Bier , relativ günstig, so dass man nichts mitnehmen muss. Je mehr man kauft, desto günstiger die Preise. Das Buffet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es wird einem nicht langweilig.
