Start in der Falkenstraße, durch die Innenstadt, Kuba, auf Radweg Ri. Anschlag, dann Ri. Mühlenschmidthausen mit einem Abstecher durch den Wald, weiter hoch nach Blechen, Überquerung der L 528 Ri. Romberg und Lohfeld, weiter bis Brüninghausen und Schneehohl, wieder Ri. Halver mit Besuch der "Herpine", weiter am neuen Hochseilgarten vorbei ins Hälvertal und über den Schnurrenweg zurück nach Hause.
