Startpunkt unserer Bergtour ist die Rosengasse in 1100m Höhe. Wir folgen einem Wegweiser zum Brünnstein (Weg 651). Zunächst gehen wir einen steilen Weg durch einen Wald und kommen in 1300m Höhe auf einen Panoramaweg mit freier Sicht auf die Chiemgauer Alpen. Wir erreichen schließlich einen weiteren Wegweiser, der uns an einen kleinen Bergsee und zur Seeon Alm führt.
Zurück wandern wir auf demselben Weg.

Von Bayrischzell aus fahren wir über die Alpenstraße (B307) und über Sudelfeld. Von der B307 biegen wir rechts ab in Richtung Rosengasse/Brünnstein. An der Rosengasse finden wir einen großen (gebührenfreien) Wanderparkplatz (N47,659935951 E12,054040432).
