Kurze Tour von Klais hinauf auf den Kranzberg. Letzter Abschnitt vor dem Kranzberg ist Wanderweg, Mountainbiken nicht erwünscht, teilweise schieben. Kurzer Abstecher an den Ferchensee zum Baden. Rückfahrt über Schloss Elmau.

Entweder mit dem Zug bis Bhf Klais oder mit dem Auto von Garmisch kommend bis Klais. Mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten am Bahnhof oder auch noch unmittelbar vor der Mautstelle (Straße zum Schloss Elmau).
