Eine nette Wanderung vom Parkplatz an der Bundesstrasse in Eben am Achensee. Von dort hinauf zur Astenau Alpe, wo man auch einkehren kann. Von dort kann man zum Gipfel des Ebener Jochs aufsteigen.Alternativ zum Hinweg sind wir den sehr schönen Weg höhenparallel Richtung Buchauer Alm gelaufen und über einen Forstweg abgestiegen.
