Die Tour beginnt am Haupteingang der Fa. Alfmeier und führt von dort in Richtung Schambach und dort unterhalb des Sportplatzes rechts in den kleinen Trail über welchen man später auf einem Fostweg hinauf nach Haardt folgt. Die Tourbeschreibung von hier aus weiter zu führen ist recht schwer. Die Tour führt vorbei am Römerbrunnen bis rüber zum Bismarckturm und Natrufreundehaus, von wo aus die Tour wieder auf anderen Wegen retour über dei Wülzburg geht.
Die Tour führt überwiegend auf Fostwegen, es sind jedoch auch sehr schöne Trails dabei, welche sich super flowig fahren lassen. Der ein oder andere Trail verlangt ein wenig geschick und Technik, aber einfach nur GENIAL!!! Nachfahren lohnt absolut!
