Die Tour führt auf dem Hinweg von West nach Ost durch den Aachener Süden (Aachener Wald). Es werden Waldwege benutzt, die mit fast jedem Fahrrad gut zu fahren sind. Zurück geht es auf Straßen durch das Villengebiet im Aachener Süden.
