Von Aschaffenburg über Haibach (Wildpark),Winzenhohl(Kloster Schmerlenbach),Keilberg und Waldmichelbacher Wald(Waldmichelbacher Hof) nach Straßbessenbach.
Größter teil der Strecke wird auf Waldwegen und Trails gefahren, es bieten sich immer wieder schöne Ausblicke Richtung Spessart oder Stadt.
