Start und Endpunkt ist das Schwimmbad Gelnhausen. Zuerst geht es über Fahrradwege bis Lanzingen. Hier geht es in den Wald und bergauf über den Glasberg bis zur Birkenhainer Strasse und Hufeisen. Oberhalb Eidengesäß durch den Wald bis zum Tennisplatz Altenhaßlau. Dann über Feldwege nach Höchst. Jetzt wieder auf dem Fahrradweg bis Gelnhausen Schwimmbad.
