Von Anrath aus über Schiefbahn, Kaarst, Neuss und Meerbusch Richtung Osten bis zum Rhein. Von hier aus parallel zum Rhein über Ilverich, Nierst Richtung Krefeld. Der innerstädtische Bereich wird über die Stadtteile Uerdingen und Gartenstadt durchquert, danach führt die Strecke über kleine Nebenstraße über Verberg Richtung Hüls. Von dort aus geht es über St. Tönis, Vorst zurück nach Anrath.
