Tagestouren von Costa Mar aus - zwischen 40km und 90km - nicht übermäßig anstrengend, Lanzarote ist eine eher flache Insel, überall sind die Spuren des Vulkanismus zu sehen, es gibt auch heiße Stellen. Die Zeit war Januar, das ist ideal, spätere Gruppen hatten schlechteres Wetter.
