Von der Martin-Busch-Hütte auf markierten Steig steil über Mattenhänge bis zur Hochebene (mehrere kleine Seen). Anschließend weiter steil hinauf bis zum Blockwerk. Durch das Blockwerk hindurch und anschließend wieder steil hinauf bis zum Gipfelgrat und auf den ausgesetzten Gipfel mit großen Kreuz.
Unterwegs kann man sehr gut Murmeltiere beobachten.
