Start und Ziel ist Ringingen. Zuerst gehts hoch zur Ruine Hohenringingen und anschließend rauf zur Salmendinger Kapelle auf den Kornbühl. Über die Hochebene führt die Tour auf einen ca. 12 km langen Trail am Trauf entlang der in Mössingen beim Albabruch endet. Zurück gehts über Salmendingen zum Ausgangspunkt.
