Von der Süd Talstation zur unteren Ringloipe. Schöne Skatingbahn leicht bergab. bis zum Tiefstenpunkt der Tour
Danach Aufstieg zur oberen Ringloipe, nach eine kurzes Stück auf der oberen Ringloipe.
Es folgt ein Austieg zur Gipfelloipe. Nicht die Zunge raushängen lassen. Mit Ausdauer zum Gipfel. Wer will kann zum Assenturm zur Aussicht, ist zu empfehlen.
Danach in rasanter Fahrt über Etappen zur unteren Ringloipe und zurück zur Süd Talstation.
Lt. GPS bis 40 km/h.
Bei Nacht ein Erlebnis.
Die Bären und Wölfe lassen güßen.
