Start in der Falkenstraße, und nach 6 Monaten, ohne - aus den verschiedensten Gründen - auf dem Bike gewesen zu sein, habe ich mir für den Anfang eine leichte Strecke ohne nennenwerte Steigungen ausgesucht. Vom Kreisel in Richtung Heider Teich auf die Umgehungsstraße und weiter Ri. Löhbach ins Ennepetal bis zum gesperrten Teil (Tor) und wieder zurück - etwas variert - nach Hause, nicht ohne noch Plätzchen für en Nachmittagskaffee zu besorgen.
Wir fangen wieder klein an.
