Fahrt mit der Linie 4 der Kölner Verkehrsbetriebe Richtung Leverkusen-Schlebusch bis zur Endstation (Nittumer Weg)
Von dort geht es vorbei an der Waldsiedlung und Nittum nach Hummelsheim.
Leichte Steigungen führen uns nach Uppersberg und Glöbusch.
Dann geht es hinunter nach Odenthal.
Ohne weitere größere Anstiege geht bis nach Schildgen und zurück nach Schlebusch
Die vielfältige Strecke fühtz durch Flachland und hügeliges Gebiet beidseits der Dhünn entlang
