Aus Postbauer-Heng/Köstlbach startend geht es in mehreren Anläufen an Buch vorbei meist auf Teer zum Dillberg hoch.
Nach einer Schotterwegabfahrt geht es voll in die erste Wurzelabfahrt.
Der weg ist ein meist wurzeliger - Singeltrail.
Die Schlussabfahrt ist oft schlammig und ausgefahren.
Auf dem Radweg geht es zurück nach Köstlbach - Postbauer.
Das ganze ist super sich in einer Stunde auszupowern.
Auf dem Weg nach Neumarkt geht es immer auf und ab mit viel Spaß und gut zum Kondition bolzen.
