Von HI-Itzum am Sonnenberg vorbei durch den Steinberg und Wesseln zum Turmberg mit herrlicher Aussicht. Danach runter am Golfplatz vorbei, weiter nach Bad Salzdetfurth. Über den Tidexer Berg und neben dem Tosmar hoch Richtung Söhre wieder nach Itzum.
Bei guter Sicht ist wahrscheinlich die umgekehrte Richtung empfehlenswerter....
