Diese leichte Wanderung beginnt und endet auf dem Parkplatz am „Aggerstadion“ in Troisdorf. Nach ein paar 100 m trifft man auf den offiziellen Wanderweg und folgt von nun an dem Wegezeichen (Ein weißes "S" auf rotem Grund). Der Weg gehört zu den "Erlebniswegen Sieg".
Besondere Wanderausrüstung ist nicht erforderlich (Verpflegung und Getränke sollten schon mitgenommen werden), optional Wanderstöcke.
