Geile Tour mit ordentlich Höhenmetern.
Erstmal von Stukenbrock Richtung Bienenschmidt
Dann an den Donoperteichen entlang hoch zum Hermann
Wieder runter und dann den Bielstein hoch
Das sind estmal 2 Anstiege die es in sich haben und jeweisl ca. 180 Hm am Stück bringen
Vom Bielstein WDR Sendemast runter bis zum Einstieg in den Ehberg ist es eine richtige Bretterstrecke (Verstand auf nul, Sattel runter und laufen lassen das Ding:-))
Ehberg hoch geht (locker) aufs mittlere vordere Blatt
Wenn man oben ist auf der 6 Fachkreuzung rechts ab wieder runter am Steinbruch entlang
Durch den Stapellager Schlucht
Dann noch einmal den Tönsberg hoch und direk links in den Singletrack rein außer ein kleines stückchen Parkplatz und Waldweg zieht der sich fast bis zum Segelflugplatz und macht echt Laune
