Start der Tour ist in Sittendorf von hier geht es über eine Forststraße nach Sparbach und Gaaden.
Von Gaaden geht es über den Gumpoldskirchnersteig auf den Anninger zur Wilhelmswarte,
vorbei am Schutzhaus und über die alte Bobbahn hinunter zur Krausten Linde.
Ab der Krausten Linde durch das Kiental nach Hinterbrühl.
Von Hinterbrühl über Foststraßen ins Wassergspreng und auf den Höllenstein,
von hier geht es bergab wieder zurück nach Sittendorf.
