Ausgangspunkt ist Globasnitz. Nach Süden Richtung Luschasattel auf später nicht asphaltierter Strasse zum Teil steil bergauf. Der Luschasattel 1289m ist nicht weit vor der slowenischen Grenze, aber wir biegen rechts ab Richtung Leppengraben. Ab hier herrliche Aussicht auf die Grenzberge der östlichen Karawanken. Vorbei an der allkonfessionellen Kirche in Koprein bergab auf asphaltierter Strasse ins Vellachtal und nach Eisenkappl. Von dort auf dem Seeberg-RW R1E bis Sittersdorf, dann auf dem Jauntal-RW R1D über Sielach und Tihoja, Kristendorf und Jaunstein zurück nach Globasnitz.
