Dieses Tour führt durch die Albères bis zum Gipfel « Pic du Néoulous » (1256m), der höchste Gipfel, an der Grenze zwichen Frankreich und Spanien.
Die Anfahrt ist in Maureillas (138m). Dort wird es über den Fahrradweg « EuroVelo 8» gefahren, dann links Richtung « Le Perthus » (300m), um den « Fort de Bellegarde » und dann auf die D71 bis zum Gipfel, zurück über « les Cluses »
