eine einfache, fast immer gut befestigte Strecke auf unterschiedlichen Untergründen mit sehr abwechslungsreicher Landschaft - Struobstwiesen, Wald, Felder, Dörfchen des Bergischen Landes.
Start- und Endpunkt sind der Parkplatz am Restaurant Rusticus. Bauernläden (Gemüse und Obst im einen, Käse und Feinkost im anderen) sind sehenswert und lecker!
