Diese leichte bis mittelschwere, aber aufgrund ihrer Länge möglicherweise doch anstrengende Wanderung beginnt und endet auf dem Parkplatz Schöllerhof an der L 101 bei Altenberg. Das Wegezeichen ist eine stilisierte „aufgehende Sonne über 2 Hügeln“. Die Kennzeichnung ist allerdings alles andere als optimal; man muss schon sehr „wach“ sein, um alle Schilder zu sehen.
