Die Tour startet in einem kleinen Dorf im östlichen Teil der nsel und führt direkt auf den Südstrand. Von dort aus habe ich die Insel im Uhrzeigersinn umrundet. Die Strecke ist abwechselnd befestigt, aber über große Teile auch als Singletrail mit Schotter, Sand oder auch Erdbedeckung.
Die Runde ist so ausgelegt, dass man immer möglichst nah am Strand entlang fährt und auch die ein oder andere Sehenswürdigkeit anfährt.

Auf der B207 An Oldenburg vorbei über die Fehmarnsundbrücke, dann rechts. Da der Einstieg in die Runde beliebig wählbar ist, möchte ich hier keine Vorgaben machen. Mein Startpunkt Vitzdorf liegt ca. 5km östlich von Burg entfernt.
