Von Zeil am Main Richtung Bamberg auf dem Maintalradweg bis Dippach. Da rechts weg in den Steigerwald über Lembach und Kirchaich, Tretzendorf ins Aurachtal.. Weiter über Unter- Oberschleichach nach Zell am Ebersberg runter ins Maintal. Über Sand am Main zurück nach Zeil.
Die Tour führt über ruhige Nebenstrassen über die Höhen und durch die Täler des Steigerwaldes.
Ca. 60 % sind schön ausgebaute Radwege.
