Harte Tour durch die Hate Hills auf dem Panoramaweg, später Kunigundenweg, von Sand nach Bamberg zur Altenburg. Wanderwege, viele Trails und Waldwege. Die Tour erfordert gute Kondition und Fahrtechnik, keine Tour für zart besaitete . Fast ausschließlich Wald- und Forstwege, Tour gut zu fahren, technisch anspruchsvoll, teilweise verschlammte Wege im Wald.
