Aufstieg von der Wochenbrunneralm zur Gruttenhütte.
Von dort Aufstieg zum Kopftörl über Geröllfelder und gut versicherten Wegen an denen man mit einem Klettersteigset gut vorwärts kommt.
Vom Kopftörl Abstieg über das Geröllfeld Hoher Winkel und dann in Richtung Stripsenjoch Haus.
Vom Stripsenjoch Haus ein kurzer Abstieg bis es dann Klettersteigähnlich stetig bergauf durch die Steinerne Rinne zum Ellmauer Tor geht.
Von hier dann noch ca. 1,5 Std. bis zur Wochenbrunneralm.
