1. Tag 69 km 1100 HM Tegernsee über Erzherzog Johann Klause und Kaiserklamm in das Zillertal bis nach Stumm.
2. Tag 47 km 1700 HM Stumm hoch über den Schlegeisspeichersee bis zum Pfitschjochhaus (Max. Höhe 2.300 Meter)
3. Tag 49 km 1700 HM Pfitschjochhaus über das Pfunder Joch und Pfunders ins Pustertal und dann nach Brixen (Max. Höhe 2.570 Meter)
4. Tag 58 km 2000 HM Brixen über das Rittner Horn nach Bozen (Max. Höhe 2.260 Meter)
5. Tag 56 km 650 HM Bozen über Kaltern nach Mezzocorona
6. Tag 71 km 1800 HM Mezzocorona nach Andalo über den Molvenosee nach Dro und Torbole
