Von Zeil am Main d.urch Hofheim. Die Eichelsdorfer Steige hoch und weiter, hinter den Hassbergen, bis Bunddorf. Danach links ab, über den Hassberg-Kamm, über die "junge Baunach" und dem Rennweg querend, ins Schweinfurter Oberland. Dann über das Nassachtal zurück nach Hassfurt. Vorwiegend wenig befahrene Nebenstrassen.
