In Nordenham beginnt die ehemalige Kleinbahn „Butjadinger Eisenbahn“, auf deren Trasse über Ellwürden und Abbehausen bis Stollhamm geradelt wird. Weiter geht es nach Eckwarderhörne (schöner Aussichtspunkt) und Nordseebad Tossens. Über Burhave wird Blexen erreicht. Von hier geht die Fähre nach Bremerhaven und über einen gut ausgebauten Radweg wird der Bahnhof erreicht.
