Von Zeil, über den Main. Durch Zell, hoch zum Ebersberg. Ins Aurach-Tal. Über die "Schleichacher-Wand", (partielle Steigungsanzeige 35 bis 40%!), ins Tal der rauhen Ebrach. In Untersteinbach hoch nach Koppenwind und via Theinheim, Fürnbach,Hummelmarter und Eltmann zurück ins Maintal. Über Sand zurück nach Zeil.
Die Tour führt vorwiegend über Radwege, wenig befahrene Landstrassen, durch eine herrliche Natur.
