Tour startet am Biosk im Freiburger Osten.(Alter Messplatz) Zunächst Dreisamradweg stadtauswärts bis zur Sandfangbrücke. Dort links auf die Kartaüserstraße und bald wieder links abbiegen in den Wald hinein. Größtenteils Trails bis zum Rosskopfturm. Am Turm vorbei Richtung Martinsfelsen (Aussicht) und Ochsenlager.Von dort ein Stück Forstweg bevor es links runter wieder in einen Trail geht bis St. Ottilien.Einkehrmöglichkeit. Ein schöner Trail führt zurück zur Kartäuserstraße und an die Dreisam.
