Von Faulbach über Hasselberg, dann parallel zum Kropfbachtal auf der Höhe entlang. Man steigt von oben in den Talschluss des Kropfbachtals ein und fährt dann das gesamte Tal entlang bis kurz vor die Mündung in den Haslochbach. Zurück gehts über Hasloch und den Mainhöhenweg wieder nach Faulbach.
Die Tour hat einige schöne Trailabschnitte. Die 10 km lange Abfahrt durchs Kropfbachtal ist natürlich einer der Höhepunkte der Tour.
