DieTour beginnt im Tschars in der Ortsmitte und führt hinauf zum Tscharser Waal. Der Waal führt uns erst durch Wälder später am Sonnenberg mit schöner Aussicht entlang zum Sonnenhof unterhalb von Schloss Juval.
Von dort geht es hinauf zum Schloss zur Einkehr im Hofschank Schlossbauer. Anschließend zurück zum Sonnenhof, dort aber über den Vinschger Höhenweg (1) hinab zum Stabner Waal.
Unterhalb des Sonnenberges geht es zurück nach Tschars.
