Eine lange Strecke um die Beine in Bewegung zu setzen. Es sind nur ca. 20 m Höheunterschied, allerdings ist nicht viel vom Wald zu sehen. Man läuft meistens auf asphaltierten Straßen, neben dem Ems.
In Einen kann man Raststation machen aber es gibt andere Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Die Himbeertorte im alten Backhaus war einfach Spitze.

Bis Warendorf Stadtmitte aus Müster kommend und dann zum Parkplatz neben dem Fluß. Dort ist auch Anfangspunkt für Kanufahrten.
