Start der Tour ist der P+R Paarkplatz in Burscheid.
Es geht über Bellinghausen hinunter ins Eifgental und dann Flussaufwärts über die Rausmühle (sehr gute Einkehrmöglichkeit), die Neuemühle, Süppelbach, Buchholzen auf die Bahntrasse Wasserquintett.
Die Bahntrasse hinauf nach Bergisch Born um von über Oberlangenbach, Goldenbergshammer und Engelhagen zur Wupper zu gelangen. Der Wupper bis Hückewagen. Bei Schmitzberg geht es dann hinauf zum Campingplatz bei Grossberghausen.
