Start der Tour ist beim Umkehrplatz in Naggl.
Die Tour verläuft auf der Forststraße Richtung Naggleralm.
Kurz vor der Naggleralm abzweigen auf die Jadersdorferalm.
Danach vorbei an der Kohlröselhütte auf die Lorenzenalm (nicht bewirtschaftet).
Hinter der Lorenzenalm beginnt der Wanderweg auf den Golz.
Der Wanderweg auf den Golz hat eine Länge von ca. 2 km (hin/zurück) und der Aufstieg beträgt ca. 350hm.
Zurück geht es auf dem selben Weg bis zur Jadersdorferalm und danach über die Naggleralm nach Naggl.
