KM 16,6 MH. 2.095 Innere Schwemmalm.(Gasthof).
Durch Almwiesen, bzw. Schotter u. Teerstrasse hinunter ins Tal bis St. Nikolaus KM. 24,6 MH. 1.237.
Von St. Nikolaus auf dem Ultner-Höfeweg, am Stausee entlang, über die imposante Staumauer zurück zum Ausgangspunkt nach St.Walburg KM. 33,4 MH. 1.1140.
- PS. Ca. 2 KM. des Uphills vor der Schwemmalm ziemlich steil.
