wir sind auf dem Zentralparkplatz in Bischofsheim gestartet von dort geht es auf Schotter zum Holzberghof ab hier auf Wiesenwegen zum Basaltsee dann Abfahrt auf Asphalt und dann wieder rauf zur Thüringer Hütte und über Hausen nach Fladungen.Ab hier steile Auffahrt zur Sennhütte danach über den Heidelstein 923 m und Himmeldunkberg 888 m zurüch nach Bischofsheim.
Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten gibt es am Basaltsee ,Thüringer Hütte, Fladungen und Sennhütte
